Jim and I spent a full two weeks traveling in New England and finishing up in Red Bank. We arrived at the Newark airport on Thursday, June 22nd. We rented a car on Friday and headed out to explore New England. Neither jim or I had spent much or any time in New England so this was truly a time to explore the area.
The Hudson River Valley is beautiful. We stopped to see the Vandervbilt home and Hyde Park.
Saratoga Springs is very quaint. Cute little downtown and the race track is unbelievable.

After a stay at one of the more rustic "motor lodges"
we traveled on to Shelborne and the fabulous museum there. We thought we might stay an hour or so and spent 6 hours and still didn't see it all.

Burlington, Vermont was neat.
